The Power of “I Am”
We would like to introduce you to positive affirmations, as they are a very important tool for neutralizing all the negativity we have been bombarded with since we were born.
Unfortunately, not all of us grew up in an emotionally and/or mentally balanced family, because they too were wounded during their childhood. Although this situation is a chain, it is always possible to break it.
For this, we need to understand the importance of two small but powerful words:
“I Am.”
Any affirmation proclaimed after these two words becomes truth. This is how we create our reality. It is neither a curse nor a blessing, but rather creation.
We are the only beings responsible for our lives, which is why it is so important to be careful with the language we use in our everyday lives. We can use words to destroy or to build.
The choice is always ours!
The Spiritual Meaning of “I Am”
Without wanting to stray from the subject, but so that you can better understand, we will leave you with these passages from the Bible — which I consider to be a Cosmogony and which cannot be interpreted literally — along with their true meaning:
“I AM WHO I AM”
“God said to Moses, ‘I am who I am.’ He said further, ‘Thus you shall say to the Israelites, “I am has sent me to you.”’”

This passage means that the word is creation and that all those who proclaim it are gods. Yes, we are all creators of our reality!
No one is more or less than anyone else. We simply need to be ourselves.
By using the words “I Am,” we are accepting our true divine essence and creating our lives.
“In the Beginning Was the Word”
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

Here we can confirm once again that the Word, meaning the spoken word, is God.
Everything we say, we create.
“Created in the Image of God”
“Then God said, ‘Let us make humans in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.’ So God created humans in his image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

Lastly, we can once again see that man and woman were created in the image and likeness of God, which means that there is no separation between us and God.
We are the gods, meaning the creators of our physical reality.
