These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of outcastpaths.com and your purchase or use of services provided by Outcast Paths (“Outcast Paths,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Website, purchasing a service, or booking a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Outcast Paths' services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By purchasing or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Nature of Our Services
Outcast Paths provides spiritual and intuitive services, including Energy Readings, Spirit Readings, and Crime Oracle Readings.
Readings are based on intuitive abilities, including clairsentience, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and oracle cards where applicable.
These services are offered for spiritual insight, reflection, and personal guidance. They are not presented as verified factual investigations, scientific services, or guaranteed predictions.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Outcast Paths does not guarantee that a particular message, answer, person, spirit, location, identity, communication, event, or outcome will come through during a reading.
Information or impressions may be unclear, incomplete, unexpected, or unavailable. A reading may not provide the information a client is hoping to receive.
Outcast Paths will not knowingly invent information simply to provide an answer.
4. Missing Persons and Missing Pets
Outcast Paths does not guarantee the location, identification, recovery, safety, or outcome of any missing person or missing pet.
Missing-person and missing-pet readings are not a substitute for contacting law enforcement, animal-control authorities, search organizations, emergency services, or other appropriate professionals.
Clients should not delay, discontinue, or alter an official search or investigation based solely on information received during a reading.
5. Crime Oracle Readings
Crime Oracle Readings use dedicated crime oracle cards together with intuitive abilities.
These readings are not criminal investigations and are not intended to establish facts, identify perpetrators, determine guilt or innocence, provide verified evidence, or solve a criminal case.
Any cards, impressions, symbols, patterns, or messages received during a Crime Oracle Reading are interpretations for the purposes of the reading and should not be treated as verified evidence or as a substitute for law-enforcement investigation.
6. Spiritual and Mediumship Readings
Spirit Readings are based on what may be intuitively perceived during a session.
Outcast Paths does not guarantee communication with a particular deceased, missing, unborn, or stillborn soul, nor does it guarantee that a particular message will be received.
Spiritual boundaries are respected, and information that does not naturally come through will not be intentionally fabricated or forced.
7. Professional Advice
Readings provided by Outcast Paths are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, law-enforcement, investigative, veterinary, or other professional services.
Nothing received during a reading should be used as a substitute for qualified professional advice or emergency assistance.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or professional service.
8. Client Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and use of information received during a reading.
You agree not to rely solely on a reading when making significant decisions involving your health, safety, finances, legal matters, relationships, or other important circumstances.
9. Booking and Payment
Services are purchased through the online store provided by Ecwid, with payment processing available through third-party providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
You agree to provide accurate information necessary to complete your purchase and receive your service.
Prices and applicable charges will be presented before you complete your purchase. Any applicable taxes or other required charges will be handled as required by applicable law.
10. Refunds and Rescheduling
Outcast Paths does not offer refunds. All purchases are final.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may contact Outcast Paths before the session begins to request a rescheduling.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.
Once a reading or session has started, no refund or rescheduling will be available for that session.

11. Delivery of Services
All readings are delivered digitally through text-based communication.
WhatsApp is the preferred method of communication and delivery, although another messaging method may be used when it is mutually available and agreed upon by both parties.
Card images used during a reading will be provided to the client when applicable.
No physical product is included unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable service description.
12. Communication
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring that they can receive messages through the agreed communication method.
Outcast Paths is not responsible for delays caused by a client's incorrect contact information, blocked messages, unavailable messaging services, internet or telecommunications problems, or failures of third-party communication platforms.
13. Client Conduct
Clients agree to communicate respectfully and appropriately with Outcast Paths.
Outcast Paths reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or decline a service when reasonably necessary due to harassment, threats, abusive conduct, discriminatory conduct, fraudulent activity, inappropriate behavior, or other circumstances that make continuing the service unreasonable or unsafe.
If a session is discontinued because of client misconduct, the Refund & Rescheduling Policy remains applicable.

Personal information provided to Outcast Paths is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information submitted through third-party services, including Ecwid, PayPal, Stripe, WhatsApp, email providers, or other communication platforms, may also be subject to those providers' own privacy policies and terms.

Outcast Paths uses cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Third-party services used by the Website may also use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own policies.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of outcastpaths.com, including its text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, artwork, original written material, and other original content, belongs to Outcast Paths or is used with appropriate permission.

17. Reading Materials and Card Images
Card images and other materials provided as part of a reading are provided for the client's personal use in connection with that reading.
They may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or commercially used without permission, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Reviews and Client Feedback
Clients are welcome to provide honest feedback about their experience with Outcast Paths.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to prevent a client from expressing an honest opinion or review about Outcast Paths, its services, or their experience. Applicable law may protect consumers' rights to provide honest reviews. Federal Trade Commission
19. Third-Party Services
Outcast Paths uses third-party services, including Ecwid, PayPal, Stripe, and WhatsApp, to operate portions of the Website, process payments, and communicate with clients.
Outcast Paths does not control the independent services, policies, availability, or security practices of these third parties.
Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Outcast Paths makes reasonable efforts to keep the Website available and functioning but does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
Website availability may be affected by maintenance, technical problems, internet disruptions, hosting issues, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
21. Limitation of Liability
